    Capoeira is a holistic movement practice that utilizes natural body movements to develop all physical fitness attributes. A capoeira class targets strength, flexibility, and cardio at the same time. The training develops focus and cultivates mindfulness. 

  • KRAV-MAGA

    • Krav Maga is designed to be practical and intuitive, regardless of age, gender, or physical ability. 
    • It's used by law enforcement and civilians. 
    • It's not a combat sport, and there are no competitions. 

    Techniques

    • Krav Maga combines techniques from a variety of martial arts and combat sports, including boxing, judo, karate, aikido, and wrestling. 
    • It's designed to be realistic and practical, and to simulate real-world threats like muggings, sexual assault, and bar fights.
